1. Who we are

ViralDuos is operated by Tomorrow Made Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern your use of the ViralDuos website and app at viralduos.com (the "Service"). By using ViralDuos, you agree to these Terms.

2. What ViralDuos does

ViralDuos helps two-person content creator duos — couples, friends, siblings, teammates, and similar pairs — generate short-form video content ideas: hooks, scripts, shot plans, thumbnails, and captions, built with AI. Generated content is produced by a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) based on the information you give us about your duo and your current context.

3. Your account

You sign in using a third-party provider (Google or Apple). You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use ViralDuos.

4. Subscriptions and billing

ViralDuos offers paid subscription tiers — Duo, Duo Plus, and Duo Premium — billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

New accounts may be offered one free trial generation with premium features unlocked, at our discretion; a paid plan is required for continued use after that.

Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the Subscription tab. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access to your plan's features through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Refunds: charges are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.

5. AI-generated content

Content generated by ViralDuos is AI-produced and provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will perform well, be factually accurate, or be free of errors. You're responsible for reviewing generated content — including checking it fits your platform's guidelines and your own judgment — before posting it publicly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ViralDuos to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

7. Ownership of generated content

As between you and us, you own the content ViralDuos generates for your account, subject to OpenAI's own usage terms and any rights of third parties reflected in your inputs.

8. Termination

You can stop using ViralDuos and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

ViralDuos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomorrow Made Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ViralDuos develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
