1. Who we are

ViralDuos is operated by Tomorrow Made Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect when you use viralduos.com and how we use it.

2. What we collect

When you sign in and use ViralDuos, we collect:

• Basic account info from your sign-in provider (Google or Apple): email address, name, and profile picture (where provided)
• Your duo profile: duo type, niche, chemistry fingerprint, and preferences you enter
• Content generation history and context (location, mood, energy) you provide for each generation
• Basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product

3. How we use your data

We use your data to run the Service: generating content tailored to your duo, remembering your preferences, and improving recommendations over time based on what content actually performs well for you.

4. Third parties we work with

• OpenAI — your duo profile and context are sent to OpenAI's API to generate content. This data is used to generate your response and is subject to OpenAI's API data usage policies.
• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication. Your account and profile data is stored there, protected by row-level security so only you can access your own data.
• Google and Apple — handle sign-in. We never see or store your Google or Apple password.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf (welcome emails, contact form replies). Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver these messages.
• Sentry — helps us detect and fix errors. When something breaks, Sentry may capture technical details about what happened (error messages, the page you were on, and a replay of on-screen activity around the error) so we can diagnose and fix it. It doesn't collect this to track you across sites or for advertising.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from the Settings tab, or by contacting us directly; either way, we'll remove your profile and generation history from our systems.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in securely (managed by Supabase). We don't currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Children's privacy

ViralDuos is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as ViralDuos develops, and update the date at the top whenever we do.
